Charlotte, our founder spent many years working as a professional Pastry Chef & Baker in the hospitality industry before turning her hand to her own project in Autumn 2022. The Plantisserie grew from a love and passion for baking and all things delicious. Having wanted to own a bakery for most of her life, Charlotte decided to bring her love of animals and the planet to her baking by creating exclusively plant-based products.

The Plantisserie aims to bring high quality, unique and delicious pastries and cakes to events, businesses and to your home. Sustainability is at the core of The Plantisserie and we are dedicated to reducing waste, using locally sourced, organic ingredients. We also only sell and source products in recyclable, compostable and biodegradable packaging.
